ML Series

The ML Series range is made of leading quality synthetic raw materials. Using Synthetic Magnesite NEDMAG 99, along with an intensive process of pressing and firing at high temperature, provides these materials with optimal physical and chemical properties for excellent duration in final application. The ML Series range is designed to cover the most severe operating conditions, and is the market leader in high-quality Magnesia Spinel materials.

MLF

Application:

  • • Areas with high alkali attack.
  • • Areas with high clinker corrosion.

Advantages:

  • • Resistance to corrosion.
  • • Low iron content.
  • • Resistance to alkali attacks.

Type of material:

Highly pure magnesia with electro-fused spinel and low iron content.

Special pressing and firing process to obtain a highly resistant matrix.



MLS

Application:

  • • Extremely severe areas.
  • • Specially for alternative fuels.
  • • Areas with high alkali attack.

Advantages:

  • • Excellent high-temperature strength.
  • • Lower porosity.
  • • Increased resistance to thermal shock.
  • • A matrix which is highly resistant to alkali attack.
  • • Very high resistance to infiltration.

Type of material:

Highly pure synthetic magnesia with high spinel content and low iron content.

Made with a series of special additives and a special pressing and firing process to obtain a highly resistant matrix.

Excellent resistance to thermal shock and to alkali attack.



MLA

Application:

  • • Transition zones.
  • • Mechanical stress areas (tyre area).
  • • Alkali attack areas.

  • • High flexibility.
  • • Resistance to mechanical stress.

MLB

Application:

  • • Upper transition zone.
  • • Burning zone.

Advantages:

  • • Resistance to thermal shocks.
  • • Good coatability.
  • • High refractoriness.

Highly pure synthetic magnesia with medium spinel content and low iron content, with good resistance to thermal shocks and good coatability.
