Simple vertical kiln with different geometries. It is characterized by being able to use different types of fuels and produce around 300 tones of quicklime a day.
It needs a refractory material with a high resistance to abrasion, to sudden changes in temperature due to the difficulty of controlling the firing zone, and with a high chemical resistance.
